Initiative that aims to support and generate spaces for education and job opportunities for women, based on strengthening their knowledge in areas associated with cybersecurity. “Reduce structural barriers that hinder the participation of women in the fields of cybersecurity, taking into account the best practices of high quality, ethics and gender equity, in cybersecurity. MinTIC is advancing in the formation of a qualified group of women experts in top-level digital security in Colombia that in the future will form the “Colombian Hacker Girls Team”, positioning the country as a regional leader in initiatives of this type.
