What is being done to motivate female talent in the STEM field in the world?

WITT (Women Innovating Technology Together)

Women IT Teleworkers (WITT) is the latest in a series of programs developed by the International Talent Acquisition Centre (In-TAC). Funding from the City of Ottawa in the spring of 2020 was the kickstarter to get WITT into operation. WITT has a unique guiding principle to connect tech company employers with immigrant women who already have international training and experience in IT and prefer to work from home.

In-TAC was created more than 10 years ago to be the lead organization for job oriented programs running under the umbrella of the Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre (OCCSC). In-TAC is Ottawa’s premier digital platform to link the global talent pool with employers in Ottawa. In-TAC operates Canada’s largest Virtual Career Expo and Job Fair.
