      STEM WOMEN DIRECTORY

A tool to have visibility and offer profiles to become speakers as STEM women role models

We have build a community of more than 4.000 STEM women around the world. Having a public directory of STEM women is important because it helps combat gender disparities in STEM fields, provides visibility and support for women, encourages diversity and inclusion, and promotes collaboration and innovation in these critical areas of knowledge and industry.

        INITIATIVES

What is being done to motivate female talent in the STEM field in Portugal?

The initiatives and programms, private or public, are our main allies to develop the actions who has to fight the underrepresentation of women in STEM. For that reason we want to give them visibility to help them to find new sinergies.
