I am also a certified solution-focused coach and a passionate advocate for gender equity and women’s empowerment in technology.

In 2016, I founded the Ser Mulher Em Tech project, which aims to inspire and support women and girls to pursue careers in STEM fields. Additionally, I mentor and coach women who want to reinvent themselves professionally and personally, leveraging my expertise and experience.
