She is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and Administration of the Eastern Regional University Center, UdelaR. Graduate and Master in Management and Administration. She is currently a PhD student in Administration Sciences at the National University of La Plata (Argentina). Her lines of research are gender relations in scientific networks, generation of social capital and distribution of power.
