The Engineers for a Day Program promotes, among non-higher education students, the option of engineering and technologies, deconstructing the idea that these are male domains.
A Government initiative, this Program is coordinated by the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG) and INCoDe.2030, in coordination with the Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion (APPDI), the Instituto Superior Técnico and the Order of Engineers and involves a network of 101 associated entities (15 of which are municipalities), 62 basic and secondary schools and 23 higher education institutions.
