Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) has created the ‘Som Investigadores’ project with the support of Barcelona City Council. The objective of bringing boys and especially girls closer to STEM careers. To achieve this, visits to the supercomputer are made designed to help the growth of the presence of girls in STEM careers. The Catalan music group Les Macedonia has also joined the project, presenting the song “MareNostrum” in a video clip and performing at the project’s presentation ceremony.
