She studied Physics at Barcelona University, where she graduated. Later on, she studied a Master in Business Administration at EAE Business School. She defends all kinds of diversity, geographical, religious and gender diversity; for her, it is a way of recognising and attracting talent. The different points of views can be turned into powerful investigation lines for solving a problem, which means more solutions to one problem; diversity, for Eli, is also creativity. This is the main reason why Eli wants to promote gender equality at STEM. And gender equality, for her, is achieved by monitoring company policies to improve equality and promoting the inclusion of women both in research and technology teams, as in corporate roles or in decision making.

In this unstoppable race for gender equality and gender parity, to achieve women’s economic independence is vital. Both business and technologic networks must get involved in this purpose educating the new generations, as they will we the users of the new technologies.
