Master in Education with emphasis in Educational Administration, 30 years of experience in private Higher Education. She has been a teacher, Career Director, Director of Social Extension, General Secretary, Director of academic processes, Vice-Rector and currently University Rector, leading the transformation project to the use of the STEM methodology of the University’s Careers, apart from other projects , how to encourage more women to study STEM careers. She has received STEM training, Laspau-Harvard agreement. She has participated in the Stem México 2021 Congress, certified in Laspau-Harvard active hybrid learning, certified in Leadership with Daniel Goleman, leads the creation of new academic products that respond to the industry and the challenges of the future transformation of the STEM methodology in Careers of the University, in the We want more women in Engineering at the Fidélitas University.
