She has been working at Accenture for more than 22 years now. When Juidth first started working at Accenture, she was assigned to the Technology department, as she studied Telecommunications Engineering; however, in one year, she discovered that her passion was to be involved in Business Transformation, and so, she asked for (and got) a transfer to the Business Consulting area. She has large and intensive experience in design and implementation of complex Business-driven, digital transformations in multinationals involving organization, new technologies, processes and analytics delivering relevant business cases. She’s Managing Director, and her current role in Accenture is Business Consulting lead for the Talent & Organization practice cross industry and Supply Chain lead for the Consumer Packaged Goods and Travel Industries for Spain, Portugal and Israel. She’s also the people lead for Consulting Europe with a strong focus on “diversity”.
