Specialist in brand image, marketing and communication, expert in organizational culture in the technology sector, with extensive international experience in business development of technology companies.
She has more than a decade of experience in the technology world in Spain and the United Kingdom, leading multidisciplinary teams for large clients such as Red Hat, MicroStrategy and Ingram Micro. With a background in international business and marketing, she has led Communication & Integrated Marketing (MarCom) strategies.
As leader of employer branding, culture and employee engagement at Ingram Micro (Canal and CloudBlue), she was responsible for driving initiatives to make the organization a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Currently, she advises startups and entrepreneurs, with a special focus on emerging leaders and social impact initiatives.
She combines her professional side with teaching, teaching undergraduate and master’s courses at the European University in the areas of Marketing, Communication and Sports Sciences, as well as organizational culture in different international faculties. In addition, she collaborates in the direction of teaching innovation projects (Challenge & Project Based Learning).
She is the founding president of the Latinas In Tech Madrid community and a mentor for young people and women who are beginning their professional careers in the corporate sector or entrepreneurs. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the URJC and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship also from the URJC.
