She has a double degree in Business Administration and Management (Pompeu Fabra University) and Advertising and Public Relations (Open University of Catalonia), an MBA in Digital Marketing (University of Barcelona) and a double degree in Equality (University of Nebrija).

She is an Accredited Mentor by the Mentoring Association of Spain. She has more than 12 years as a manager in the marketing departments of large Spanish companies such as Danone, Grupo Planeta or Caixabank, among others.
After her motherhood, she realized the barriers posed by gender biases and how this limited so many women from being able to grow professionally, obtain a job in which they contributed their maximum value and felt fulfilled. For this reason, she specialized in helping women gain value through personal branding and leadership tools with a gender perspective. She works especially in masculinized sectors such as the STEM sector and promotes more inclusive companies.

She is a professor at Esade and author of the book “MamaBoss”, which was an Amazon World Bestseller in the Economy and Business category.
She is also dedicated to promoting female talent through initiatives and collaborative training that she teaches from the Más Mujeres Institute.
