Since 2004, she has been deeply engaged in STEM initiatives. During her tenure at the “la Caixa” Foundation, as well as at CosmoCaixa and CaixaForum centers, she has been instrumental in designing, coordinating, and spearheading various activities and research endeavors within the STEM domain. Her primary focus has been on fostering STEM interest among girls while systematically evaluating the tangible barriers, challenges, and successes they encounter. Notably, she played a pivotal role in leading a significant European-funded project, detailed at https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/665566/es.
Furthermore, she has championed gender inclusivity initiatives within their project proposal calls and fellowship programs. These efforts aim to mitigate gender-based obstacles faced by women researchers in universities and research institutions, ensuring equitable opportunities for all.
